Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or meet every specific requirement. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and COPPA Notice, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
